Being clergy is hard.
We want to do right by our congregants, students, and those we serve and build lives of balance and meaning for ourselves and our loved ones.
We aspire to be leaders of spiritual transformation and are employees of institutions (and sometimes supervisors of others).
And we wouldn’t have chosen this path if we didn’t profoundly love being with people. Yet, we often feel isolated.
It’s complicated, it's messy, but you don’t have to do it alone.
Using my 13 years of experience as a pulpit rabbi and my nearly decade of work supporting, coaching, and advocating for rabbis as the CEO of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association, I can accompany you on your journey and help you become the best spiritual leader you can be.
Clergy coaching provides a safe, supportive environment to reflect on and work through the challenges of being a clergyperson. With my support, you will navigate the ups and downs of being a clergyperson with more self-awareness, personal reflection, and clarity of purpose.
